Cross-Platform Toolset

The Cross-Platform Toolset (CPT) is a library of cross-platform GUI objects that works in conjunction with UIM/X 2.9. It enables you to create application interfaces on any Java-enable platform.

Available as an add-on to UIM/X, the Cross-Platform Toolset components are seamlessly integrated into the UIM/X palatte, and can be intermixed freely with custom and third-party components. This integration gives developers access to the full power of UIM/X's object-oriented architecture to interactively build cross-platform interfaces made up of reusable object classes. Using the toolset's CORBA-compliant components, developers gain the benefits of cross-platform, object-oriented programming using the C or C++ languages. Moreover, they can make the transition from C to C++ at any time - assured of 100% investment protection.
